The Nikon D4, launched the 6 January 2012, replaces the Nikon D3s, but not the D3x which is still available. The D4's design, as D800 is signed by Guigaro (Italdesign) and is closer of the shapes of Canon 1dx. This design less traditional Nikon is however rather elegant, the lighter case and a little less bulky than D3.
