The discrete charm of the black & white

While digitizing of old silver negative, I discover that my preferred photographs were often in black & white. With the advent of digital photography, the black & white during the shooting , without possibility of later color application, becomes an aesthetic choice, maybe a militant act.

To confirm this trend, Leica announces a M-Monochrom black-and-white 18MP rangefinder.
